In accordance with the circular policy of the Denpasar City Health Office regarding the provisions of the Covid-19 Vaccination,
Starting May 13, 2021, the requirements for Dose 1 Vaccine are given with priority LANSIA & GURU:
- Elderly WNI (Indonesian KTP)
- People who bring 2 elderly are entitled to 1 quota of vaccination
- KTP / Domicile Letter Denpasar (Teacher)
- Teacher's Certificate, or identification
- No reservation required on the website: www.primamedika.com
Requirements for Dose 1 Vaccine for Non Elderly and Public Services:
- KTP / Domicile Denpasar
- Shows the E-sticker of the Peduli Protect application (www.pedulilindung.id
- Work certificate (name tag / office id)
- Take the queue online at: www.primamedika.com/vaksincovid19
NOTE:
- Type of Vaccine Dose 1 must be the same as Dose 2
- Starting May 1, 2021, the vaccine given is the Astra Zeneca Vaccine (Not for breastfeeding mothers)
- For people who get the first vaccine before May 1, 2021 (Coronavac) will be served at the second vaccine, with the same vaccine (Coronavac) according to the availability of vaccine stock
